Ready for a vacation for the whole family? This casual home has enough space for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves, all the while staying cool in the central air conditioning. The private washer/dryer will take care of the day's gear while you relax in front of the gas fireplace. The modern full kitchen features full-size appliances and plenty of counter space to help you cook your favorites. If you'd rather grill, the private gas grill is ready and waiting to host your picks. The backyard is enclosed, so no need to worry about the kids running around. After dinner, gather around the firepit for s'mores and stargazing.

Bedrooms are spread out throughout this home, so guests will have their pick. The first bedroom is just to the right as guests come through the door - this is a bunk room with a foosball table, perfect for younger guests. The full bathroom with a shower/tub combination in the hall will help serve the needs of these guests. The second bedroom is just next door, and features a private deck entrance and a lovely en suite bathroom that features double sinks, a standalone shower, and a soaking tub. Head down the stairs and turn right to find the third bedroom, which features a two-window view of the backyard and a desk workspace. The fourth and final bedroom is at the opposite side of this floor, and features a backyard view and tree-themed wall mural. The full bathroom in the hallway with a shower/tub combination can serve the guests on this floor.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
