Adorable little cottage close to everything

We lived here for about a year. We call this our honeymoon suite. Did a remodel to fit a King size bed and a double vanity, hosted a lot of BBQs with friends, and enjoyed the secluded feeling while being in the middle of downtown Chula Vista. 1 block over there's restaurants, breweries, 24 hour fitness, cafes and more. 2 blocks in the other direction there's the chula vista center mall with more restaurants, shops, Starbucks, and a luxury AMC movie theater.

This home is perfect for a couple or 2 couples. the living room does have a full size futon and a lounger. When combined they are equal to a queen size bed and in the bedroom we have the King. The double vanity is separate from the stool and shower so you don't have to wait for others to get out of the bathroom or shower to get in front of the mirror and get yourselves dolled up for a night on the town.

Birthday trip
Just what we wanted for our west coast get away. Didn’t take us long to get anywhere we wanted to go. Clean, king size bed was very comfortable. A microwave would have been useful to heat up leftovers. Overall a great little place to stay.
