Slumlord Hotel
The tile was coming and the heater did not work. We asked for more blankets and had to get them ourselves. The furniture was old. Overall the site is not maintained. Management had one excuse after another. All other hotels were booked.

I didn't like not being able to easily contact the Chula Vista Inn. I had to contact Expedia for them to call this phone number for me. I phoned them several times but was unable to phone them. It would be nice to receive an email to confirm my hotel stay. My purpose to stay at this hotel was to utilize CBX this next morning and fly out of Tijuana Airport. Everything worked out in the end, but I was quite worried until I reached this property to confirm my reservation. Thank you, and YES I will definitely stay there again. Frank
