Ants in my room and they sprayed while I was in there. The room was extremely small and adjacent to a small room for breakfast that was open to guests to sit in at all times. There was a group of people sitting in there talking very loud until 12:30 am on the night of my stay and I could hear every word of their conversation (walls very thin).

We lost our credit card, room was prepaid, we have stayed here numerous times and they were not giving us doable options to pay for the $100 deposit. Maybe you should have other options such as Zelle or Paypal.

Nice hotel room. Small, parking lot, but limited to guest with key card which is nice. Short 3 minutes walk to H Street Trolley Stop. Employees very kind at check in and check out. Really appreciated the cold water bottles at no charge. Alejandra at the front desk was so kind.

I didn’t like that the staff is staring at you looking over your shoulder while you’re getting breakfast. The walls are kind of thin so people stomping around is kinda loud.
