Meh!!!!

The sheets were filthy and we called the front desk and they came and handed us sheets and walked away. They did not give us towels I had to call and ask for some. We were kinda disappointed in the cleanliness Also there were people outside partying all night. It was loud and they looked as if they were all doing shady stuff

BEWARE!! Obviously full time tenants living off the government dime.. Would never go there again. I’ve never given such a bad rating but this place is beyond bad. Dirty. Sketchy. Husband did not even want me going to car after dark. Please do yourself a favor…DO NOT stay here.

This property was by far worse place I have ever stayed at. We checked in and not even 10 minutes later we found bedbugs. We tried to tell the owner to give us a refund and he got an attitude with us and told us no that they had fumigated 3 weeks ago that it couldn’t be a bed bug I showed him the mattress had bed bug droppings and the bed bug picture and he was like no no then another employee went and checked and admitted that it was a bed bug but the manager still refused to give me my money back

I booked a stay at this motel Friday, April 4 Saturday, April 5 I was gone all day Saturday when I returned to my room the housekeeper had turned over the room, like nobody was staying there and removed my belongings. I went to the front desk and they said you’ll have to come back tomorrow so I arrived in the morning and the only thing they returned to me was my phone charger my clothing and my sleeping bag stuff sack have been thrown out. they offered nothing in return except an apology. Unacceptable. The room had been paid for in full when I checked in nobody should’ve entered and removed my things. Absolutely horrible management.

Price was reasonable, service was ok. Staff was always professional, however, when I asked for additional pillows (since my room only had 1 wonky pillow) on 2 separate occasions to 2 different people I was told they would have someone take it to the room and no one ever came. I suggest bringing your own pillows if you plan on staying here.

The room had only one pillow on the bed and 2 towels. When I called to ask for another pillow they said " I'm sorry I cannot give you one because housekeeping isn't here". I was like so you want 2 people to share a pillow? They responded " Oh okay, I will take one now".
