We loved our stay here. Conveniently located above a metro station- you can take the hotel elevator down to the station, which was so helpful. Everything you need including tea, sleepwear, combs, etc are located in the hotel lobby. Room was spacious with lots of room to store luggage and beds were comfortable. The location is beautiful and not a far walk away from a ton of restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

My partner was a bit shocked at how small the room was but I didn’t mind it. It was literally a double size bed and a small thin table at the bottom of it with a tv above it with walk way at the side of the bed Has a fridge, kettle and hair dryer Provides night wear, shampoo and conditioner body soap- descent stuff as well Bath looked small but it was more of a sitting down than lying down bath which was superb for our aching feet every night Had extra things you could take at reception like bobbles, brush, toothbrush and toothpaste etc and could lend items like iron etc Could get to the subway from the lift of the hotel which was nice even though it was a bit of a walk underneath to the actual subway station but it was good for times like raining They only gave us 2 pillows between us so we asked for 2 more and they provided Free Wi-Fi Pillows wasn’t the comfiest and the bed wasn’t the comfiest but it wasn’t the worse either

Fantastic breakfast. Choose it while booking on Expedia to save yourself some money. Yodoyabashi is a great area to stay in. Great river walk to Osaka castle. Lots of interesting cafés in the neighbourhood. Great transportation links. Very good business hotel

Good Facilities Can't Save Terrible Service
The room and facilities exudes a clean modern look, and appears quite new. The location is convenient as it's a few minutes away from Umeda and Namba. The elevator of the hotel leads to the subway station underneath. The hotel room was stuffy; you will need to crack open the window and use the air purifier at the same time. It was comfortable overall, however the front desk's customer service is quite lacking. There was only 1 front desk attendant that actually appeared welcoming while all the other ones couldn't care less. On the second day we asked a female front desk attendant about using a shipping service (Kuro Neko Yamato or an alternative) to ship our luggage to the airport prior to check out. The lady looked irritated and told us they don't do that then told us to go to the convenient store to ship our luggage. She gave us a map of the area and pointed to the closest Lawson and Family Mart. So we headed to Lawson to inquire and the clerk at Lawson told us they don't do that. The next day we asked the front desk about reserving a large taxi to help us go to the airport with all our luggage. The guy at the front desk told me that there's no such thing as large taxis in Japan. Unsympathetic to our issue, he said they could reserve a regular taxi instead. The next front desk guy I spoke with looked so irritated when I asked if English was okay. He frowned at me and went back to get another guy. At this point I had it with this hotel. I will not stay there again.
