Wonderful experience at this hotel. Executive lounge excellent with good food and drink offering. All staff so friendly with good English skills, both at main reception and also in the executive lounge. Generous cocktail hour of 5-9pm every evening. Good breakfast with eggs cooked to order plus buffet options. Staff courteous and extremely helpful. They booked a restaurant for us and advised us on tourist attractions. Some distance to walk to nearest metro (10-15 min walk as the nearby metro station is large so lots of walking once inside). Rooms clean, comfortable, excellent room service. Lovely pyjamas and toiletries! Thank you for a wonderful visit. We highly recommend this hotel to family and friends. We recommend a room with executive room access.

Stayed in a standard king. The room was fantastic, YouTube, Netflix on the tv. The separating door was great, made you feel like you were staying in an apartment! Gym was a bit small, but still good.

My husband and I could not have asked for a nicer hotel experience at our first stop in our Japan vacation. The hotel is beautiful, our view from our room was breathtaking. The size of the room is extremely comfortable and large, the service was incredible. I dropped my wallet at one point unknowingly, not only did someone find it but they called our room immediately to let me know. They helped us transport our luggage to the next location with ease. Everyone was incredibly helpful and kind. We were in the corner king room for reference and I would highly recommend it if possible. Taxis available anytime, close to the trains, great area.

The staff were very friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. The options for breakfast were varied and of a very high quality, while it was also located within walking distance of a metro station, giving me access to the rest of the city. Were I to ever stay in Osaka again, I would definitely be staying at this property, once more!
