"We have been to this property several times. We usually come at least once a year.. This year, the property is showing signs of neglect and upkeep needed. The room walls had knocks of paint missing. The bathroom grout was disgusting and needs cleaning or regrout work. The pool, which usually is beautiful, had dirt and/ or algae/mold/mildew on the walls and floor. The grassy area was dirt and mud. So disappointed. This is usually our go-to place for a reliable quick get-away from the other side of the island. I can’t imagine my disappointment if I had chosen this as a real “vacation” spot. "

"This resort was beautiful. There was a gorgeous gazebo and pond area in the lobby. The pool was amazing. There were several restaurants on site to choose from. The resort is located in a gated area so it was very safe. The room was average. I do wish there would have been more printed information in the room. We had no pool and beach hours, no restaurant list, no menus. I was able to get a map from the front desk which was helpful. Overall it was a great stay."
