I was a bit disappointed regarding the breakfast. There was sausage gravy and sausage. The sausage was not replenished after 8:45 and there were several other guests who came down for breakfast between that time and 9:30.

The property may have been ok, but we didn’t get a chance to find out. We went to check in and our reservation was not in the system, even though I had confirmation emails and booking information. The hotel was completely booked, as were the other hotels in the area so we had no place to stay. I’m not sure if the fault was in our Expedia booking or in the hotel’s online reservation service. Instead of having a night away after an event, we had to drive two hours to get home after midnight.

The gentleman at check in was extremely friendly and accommodating and helpful! The room had a weird smell, the beds weren't comfortable and there wasn't a blanket just sheet and a very thin top cover. When I went to front desk to ask for a blanket he seemed annoyed and hesitant to give me one? The shower wasnt good not very hot water just warm and shower curtain leaked all over floor didn't hold water in. The air conditioner didn't work and the phone in room had all buttons missing. Very cheap lamps. The breakfast was horrible hardly any options so we didn't even eat it. The elevator had a note on outside saying maximum 4 people and was very slow. It was ok price and did the job for 1 night but just disappointed.

This is a good budget hotel. Nothing less, nothing more. Could use updates, but if you need a place to stay for the night it works. Clean hotel rooms, but very lacking amenities wise. No coffee pot in room, no alarm clock, and about 10 tv chanels. But it worked for us after being exhausted from visiting ren faire that evening.

It was a good place to stay for the price. My room was clean and neat. No complaints. It is not a new or high-end property. As such don't expect a five star place. But for $60.00 with breakfast included, I doubt you will find better.

The person that checked us in was very unfriendly he didn’t give us any details or anything about the hotel, room service came and took our dirty towels but didn’t leave us clean ones

Cheap Hotel...
3-night stay for Kings Island visit. Close to the park. Skyline Chile is next door and Texas Roadhouse is next to that. Waffle House and a Sushi restaurant within walking distance. Check-In was quick and easy. Small elevator but it is only a 3-floor hotel. Room was your typical double queen-bed room. Problem (1) was beds are HARD. Old fashion extra-firm with a 1-inch-thick foam pad. (2) thin windows next to I-71... lots of loud road noise. (3) curtain didn't quite cover the window and there was a mirror right next to window so the whole room lit up every morning with the sun. (4) thin ceiling and walls... you hear every step from the room above, and you get to listen to all the showers from every room around you. The bathroom was toilet and tub with the sink outside in the room. Has its pluses and minuses. Mini fridge and microwave came in handy. It is the cheapest hotel on this exit, so if money is what you are worried about, bring ear plugs and a sleeping mask you'll be set.
