Poorly managed hotel!

We booked a jacuzzi room a week in advance of our stay, but the day of our stay at 6:15pm right before we arrived the hotel called and said they did not have any of our type of room available anymore. When asked why they gave our room away, he said they over-booked their rooms. So, we had to find another hotel to stay in at the last minute. Very poorly managed hotel!!

One of my fav hotels to stay in the city. Breakfast provided and happy hour from 5-7 serving adult beverages! Kids enjoyed the pool. Suite was perfect for me and kids. Will stay again!
