I had a great stay. My only issue was the bathtub. I took a shower and it didn't drain. I basically took a shower in a tub full of water. Other than that everything was great.

Staying here was ok, but I’m a bit disappointed. My husband swore by Embassy Suites, so I booked it expecting a stellar stay. It was not bad, but certainly not stellar. The hotel is dated and really could use a makeover. It smells weird when you first open the door, the bathroom has some mold spots, one of the lights did not work, the pull out bed needed to be cleaned. We found some items that weren’t ours on the floor near the drapes and bed, which indicates poor cleaning efforts. There were some stains on some of the bedding but my husband requested replacements and the hotel staff obliged without issue. There was some sort of chess convention or something and they took up the ENTIRE lobby and it was a nightmare trying to get through. Not the hotel’s fault per se, but there should have been more staff coverage to ensure their actual paying guests were comfortable. The elevators had tons of trash, spilled food, and were seemingly always wet. We tried to use the pool but were told someone put too much chlorine in it, so annother bummer for my kids since they were excited about going swimming. Outside of all that, the customer service was amazing, the included breakfast was top tier. The bed was super comfy, the room was large and accommodated our family of 6 very well. Overall, with a few updates and better cleaning, it could be a hot spot for sure.

If you book on expedia, prepare yourself for rude staff, no mobile app access, and horrible wifi (speeds equal to dial up!). Need to book on Hilton App to get any value. Also, the gym sucks.

Safe quiet area. Staff was great. Carpeting and furnishings in the room were in need of repair and replacement. Carpeting and drapes looked stained. I didn't even attempt to pull out the sofa sleeper, it looked broke and stained. Covered it with a sheet to sit on. Breakfast was great. Won't be staying here until updates are completed.

The sink was clogged and had to change rooms. The corners of the tub was dirty, the carpet had stains, and the bed was wrapped. The whole aesthetic was disappointing.

My room was to get ready for my wedding and for the night of our wedding. There was trash next to the side of the bed from the previous guest, hair on the sheets, and the toilet wouldn’t flush. The breakfast buffet was ice cold even when it was freshly put out. I asked to be contacted by the management staff and nobody reached out.

Our room was filthy. pull-out bed was broken and had urine stains. bathroom was not cleaned. 50th runion was being held outside of the event room in the middle of the hotel until after 1am. People on microphones singing and the music was getting louder and louder throughout the night. Staff was rude and short handed. Room came with 3 towels and when I requested more they only had one towel available. Pool was extremely over chlorinated and burned my child's skin.
