Great option for great tennis
Stayed here for Cincinnati Open. Excellent option. 10 min from the Lindner center. Lots of food options nearby. Easy parking. Very clean. I was on the first floor that had very easy secure access and a nice grassy lawn view. Ceiling was very high which makes the room seem bigger and was very quiet. No sounds from above. I came back to the hotel after midnight a couple of times and had no concerns. Check in and out was easy and quick. Will definitely return here.

This is an OKAY hotel at best. Not the cleanest, but not entirely dirty. We, and multiple guests, had issues checking in saying our cards on file had issues and they canceled multiple reservations that needed to be rebooked. We also had issues with the toilet not working and running the entire visit, and overhead other guests with the same issues.

Didn’t like the options for breakfast. The floors where very dirty when you walked around in the room bare foot our feet were black. Pool was freezing. I went out to my car and saw a homeless guy walk in from the street and come have breakfast in the lobby.

The property was very clean and the staff was kind, they gave us two free water bottles when we checked in. The King room was super spacious and clean. One of the only complaints is that the bathroom did not have a toilet fan in it to help vent out steam and the smell after someone went to the bathroom. Every time after we came back into our room after being out all day, it smelled so strongly of poop. Another thing that was kind of unpleasant was the door to the bathroom was just a sliding door so you could hear everything while someone was in the bathroom, which is slightly uncomfortable. Everything else was nice, the breakfast was good, the staff was nice, and the area was nice. It was a good price and only 30 minutes away from Cincinnati’s center. I recommend staying here if you are wanting to explore Cincinnati but also not pay a lot of money for a hotel.

Broken bathroom barn door
The bathroom door was broken not leaving any privacy for mom and teenage boys. Reported it to the desk. They did not repair it saying that there is no repairman in the weekends. This seems to be a theme at most hotels on the weekends.

Room wasnt clean when i arrived at 5pm. Desk agent was going to give me another room but then said he couldn't change the room type (i originally had a handicap room dont know how). Handicap bath doesnt have appropriate shower. Towels need to be burned and replaced with new towels.Breakfast needs some type of meat! And all towels need to be replaced when the room is cleaned. We had dirty towels that had been folded and put on shelf.
