Good Comfortable stay
Overall it was a good experience, the room was clean and nothing was broken. The front desk refuses to give out receipts for credit card purchases which is wrong since we are to log those.

The property was suppose to provide housekeeping services every other day. We stayed there for three nights and the bathroom & towels were never refreshed. We ended up going down to the front desk on the third night to get more towels.

THE FRONT DESK LADIES WERE SO GENUINELY INTERESTED IN HOW WAS MY STAY? There was a noise from floor above, it was handled. The closet doors need a buffer to muffle when closing. BEST OF ALL THERE'S A HIKING TRAIL outside the front door, up scale dining, wine store, bakery; starbucks perfect for weekend stay. Dr. V - of DC

This hotel opened in December, overall such a great experience! Great location with shopping and restaurants next door! Only 10-15 minuets to downtown Cincinnati. You do get charged $5 a night for parking but other places charge a much higher rate per night. You do also get charged $25 a night for incidentals which you can use for the treat bar for snacks, drinks, etc. But if you don’t damage your room or buy anything at the treat bar that money will be refunded to you after your stay. This hotel is so worth it. I highly recommend this to anyone if you’re unsure where you want to stay in Cincinnati! Be sure to sign up for Hilton honors rewards, it’s free and you can earn points on your stays at Hilton hotels!
