Not the cleanest of places we’ve stayed in but was average. Near a liquor store which was a bit concerning. The sofa bed hadn’t been stripped and there was food in the pullout sofa bed and under it.

Travel from NC to Cincinnati for a concert and Riverbend Music Center. Wasn't close, but I would recommend this hotel and will stay here next time I come to town. Very friendly and lively staff. Breakfast had a cool pancake machine that made some great pancakes.

I picked this hotel because they had EV charging. Get to hotel, plenty of parking for everybody and two gas cars parked in the only 2 EV charging spots. It was very late my family was tired and we had to leave early the next morning. The two young guys at counter were of no help nor assistance and they have no night manager. They called their parking lot private, but do not make you give your license plate number. Not sure how it can be private when you actually don’t know who is parking there. Called IHG but no resolution at this time other than they are working on it. The manager the next morning told me this was the first time this had happened and paid me a lot of lip service that they are going to work on the issue. That still doesn’t help that a 1am I had to go find a charger while my family went to the room. Hotel only offered a $30 credit. I still am waiting to hear what IHG resolution for this is. PIC was taken next morning and they are still there…

Described as river front and was not……one working elevator with a sold out hotel was not ideal and made use of the elevator a not pleasant experience. The front desk ladies though were amazing and super helpful and had great customer service.

Nice place, bad parking situation
Front desk crew was awesome, so friendly and knowledgeable! Once we got to the elevators, the hotel smelled like urine and something very weird. When we got to our room the garbage wasn’t emptied from the previous stay but otherwise it was clean and a nice updated room. Only bad part of the stay was parking. We stayed here to attend a near by concert and when we returned there was no parking spaces available. I don’t know how you can have a hotel with not enough parking for your guests, especially when we paid a pretty penny to stay for the night. When we stopped inside to find out where we’re supposed to park when all spots were taken, we were told to park in the very small spot next to the dumpsters that said no parking, will be towed. So of course I was worried I’d wake up to my car towed. Thankfully it wasnt, but I definitely think something needs done about parking.
