Pricey but a good stay.
The service was excellent, protertyas a whole is dated. The room was clean, bed comfortable, shower good enough. Water temp was good. The tile floors in the elevator were cracked, so we're buttons. The front desk was very helpful, her customer service was excellent.

From out of town and booked this hotel due to convenience. Upon arrival toilet was filthy . Thankful I bring cleaning abs sanitizing products upon arrival so I took care of it . Told front desk when and she responded “thanks for letting me know” .. all I could think was wow . She didn’t even know I took care of it before she stated that . Big whole in the wall and it was covered poorly . Balcony was dirty and full of bird poop . Never again . I’ll stay at the Hampton inn up the street

We waited at the check in desk fo 15-20 minutes. Noboby around. When we got to our room it was 62 degrees and not hot water and thebathroom sink drain was plugged. The room was very nice but service was much to be desired. I called the front desk clerk about the hot water and her only solution waz to let it run for 5-10 minutes. That wasnt the problem

It was noisy at night, people talking on the hall way and peole above us were loud with footstep and furniture falling down. A piece on the handle door looks broken. Heater too loud going on and off.
