In three days time, i exchanged 6 tickets for parking, none of which worked, at all. Also stopped by for a later dinner on a Saturday in January, forced to wait almost 2 hours for order, and most of food was cold. Server/manager waived cost of the meal. Place was very clean and staff were very attentive otherwise, but could not solve parking problem.

Fantastic stay, downtown Cincinnati

I had a great, unexpected stay here around the Christmas holiday. I've stayed here before when it was the Holiday Inn Express, but the hotel is recently renovated, modern, stylish and clean. I'll definitely stay here again if looking for a reasonably priced, convenient hotel downtown Cincinnati. The 3 head shower was incredible, as was the bed.
