Staff were very friendly and efficient. The hotel location is perfect. Hotel property does appear dated. They also got rid of their hot tub which was disappointing

For the price i just feel it wasnt worth the money. The room had a smell to it and just didnt smell clean. Dingy and the bathtub was stained. There were hairs in the toilet. The room didnt seem deep cleaned. Also for the price i feel like the breakfast should really be free like a lot of other hotels.

MEDICAL TRIP TO SEE MY DOCTORS
The room was a nice size ..comfortable beds! Quiet..i drove home here to see My Drs from Santa Fe, New Mexico..I'm from Cincinnati so I'm familiar with Eastgate in fact 2000-2002 lived on Newtown Rd going through a lawsuit then moved to New Mexico!We bought all of our furniture in Eastgate! lol Pier One was still there..lol anyway I will definitely be back to stay! The girl at the front desk who checked us in was WONDERFUL!! So tired can't think of her name..soo sorry because shd was Great!

The staff was wonderful and friendly. Excellent locations, walking distance to shopping and dining. The only knock on this room was that the house keeping was rushed, missed the closet & bathroom vent.

The Hotel appeared to have some water damage throughout the Hotel. The Lobby and some other floors. The first room they assigned me had water dripping from the ceiling, but they were nice and gave me a very nice room.

Overall good
Nice hotel, but needs updated. Rooms are spacious but the lighting could be better. The bed was comfortable and my room had a small refrigerator, microwave. I ate breakfast and it costs 14.95 buffet style. Everyday my bed was made and use towels and wash clothes taken and replaced with clean. Overall a good 5 day stay. The area has a lot of restaurants and the hotel sits next to the mall.

Handicap w/service dog, was put on the 4 floor in the very last room at the back of the hotel next to the stairs! Thank god my son was with me, no way I could have gotten my luggage to my room. Long walk from elevator to my room and breakfast area (paid for breakfast but couldn’t make the walk to that area). Please consider this when giving handicap individuals rooms!

Okay for a quick overnight
McKennas was very crowded for breakfast, not enough tables and fans were running everywhere in lobby due to an apparent water issue. Room was fine, clean but carpets were stained and grungy looking.
