We had a fabulous experience at Hotel Covington. We used the app to obtain our key on my phone. Check in and out was seamless. We enjoyed a lovely cocktail in the bar. The lobby is just stunning. And breakfast in the morning was delicious. Such a beautiful and classy place. Loved it!

We had trouble with our door not opening. After several attempts to fix the problem the staff had to force it open. They were extremely apologetic and upgraded our room. It was a situation beyond their control and they did everything they could to make it right. We will be staying here again.

Very unique hotel. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Bar and restaurant on site and well as many dining options outside the hotel. Parking fee was unnecessary but is my only negative comment about the place.

The hotel is a great spot in a city that is coming to life all around. Great staff and service. Rooms were comfortable and access was easy. The self park in the city lot was a little clunky by having to pay every entry and exit. Otherwise, great stay!
