Hotel Covington is way above our expectations. It is beautifully decorated, stylish and elegant. The room is brand new and very spacious- equipped with a nice coffee machine, microwave and full sizes fridge. The towels are plush and soft. The bedding are luxurious and comfortable. It is safe and quiet. Self parking garage is next door for $12 per night. Would definitely stay here if we are ever back to Cincy. All staff are friendly helpful and pleasant. Five stars all the way

It was a really nice property but the door was so thin we could hear everything in the hallway. The shower door leaked on the side and underneath. Tv also has minimal options and no streaming services. We requested a late checkout and were told we would be charged half a nights stay to do so- never had that response before from any hotel. It was a great room and hotel otherwise but just a few things to keep in mind for staying here.

This was our third time staying at the Hotel Covington and as before, it was wonderful! We love the uniqueness of the hotel, proximity to restaurants, breweries and sports venues and highlights of the area in general. We would highly recommend it to any traveler!

Hotel Covington is BEAUTIFUL! Lobby was cozy and great bar. Great area. We would highly recommend this hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Bed was super comfortable.

Terrible & Unfair Outcome
I really enjoyed the stay. The hotel was beautiful & the staff was extremely friendly. My problem was with their valet. I checked my luxury car into valet in perfect condition, after an overnight stay I had my car returned & the gear shift was just hanging. Anybody that has ever driven the newer Cadillac knows that the gear shift is a little complicated. The valet broke it & I complained, spoke to General Manager & his compensation suggested was I can give you a very nice rate on another night’s stay so you can take vehicle to a shop to Have a pleasant day. Thank you Tamy(your Uber delivery driver). repaired. I told him that was not possible, I was in town for the festival & had to be back home in Wisconsin that evening. He basically told me well he wasn’t going to be responsible for anything that happened while I drove back because he made a suggestion & drive safe. I was speechless.

This is our second time staying here on our way ti Nashville and it doesn’t disappoint. Food is great and service is great. The room is also great -bathroom is spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. Keep up the good work !!!
