The fridge was broken and dirty, both in the freezer and the fridge. The microwave was dirty. The tv was dirty, the tv remote didn't work, the pool was closed, the tvs didn't work right, the air conditioner quit working after running for a minute, the bedroom and bathroom door had dried food on them. The bottom of the toilet was dirty with hair, urine and dust on it. There was dirt, dust and hair in the corner behind the the bathroom door. We were told they'd switch our room the next day but then was told they'd fix and clean everything. All they did was fixed the fridge door, redo the beds, give us new towels new soap. Very unhappy!

Pool was closed for more then 4 days, the staff was friendly but never knew when the pool would be fixed. They also stated they ask guest not to park in back of hotel only in front or on one side but never gave a reason why, it didnt look unsafe.
