The pool was closed. I was told it was because they were having trouble the the water PH balance. I was very disappointed I was not able to relax and use the pool.

Was on the 8th floor, went in the room and the cable box was broke, it had ink on the wall, the carpet and on the night stand. The next day in the room killed a roach. They moved me in another suite without additional charges. That room was fine but couldn’t sleep in the bed kept itching.
