Room and bath not cleaned. German roach infested. Old badly worn and torn furniture. Microwave had old food inside. There 10 days had to beg for house cleaning or fresh towels even. Changed sheets the day before I checked out. Broken snack machine and only old cereal nothing else as advertised. Pathetic ineffective managenent.

The tolit in our room would not flush. I called the front desk and they told me they did not fix things they would give me a plunger to try to fix it. I told them that I was not going to do that and they said that they were not allowed. I had to go to desk and argue to get a new room. And that room was not the upgrade I had paid for but I was so annoyed I didn't waste my breath trying to get what I paid for. The first room had a picture of some type of couch but it was a broken down day bed with stains all over it. The second room smelled like sewer and had no "couch " up grade The food they put out looked like it was a week old. I figured if a hotel was on hotel. Com it was a decent place. But I found out that they don't care what they sell you

Absolutely gross!
The place is filthy. We complained about the filthy first room, so they "upgraded" us to another room - with something disgusting in one of the drawers, stains on the walls, broken light fixtures, a clogged toilet.... Bed was uncomfortable. I think the mattress was from the Reagan era. Breakfast is a joke. Don't bother. Coffee is like brown water.

A Great Hotel!
The staff were very friendly. The parking lot, hotel, and rooms are very clean. The bed is very soft. They have breakfast. The location is near stores, restaurants, and expressways. I had a wonderful night!
