Bring your own sheets
Had to clean a ceiling fan because it was so dirty, no top sheet on the beds, no washer/dryer which is rare for a VRBO. Window in the shower, not opaque or frosted and no blind. Bring someone that you know well enough to shower with because they will have to block the window if you are the kind of person that doesn't want to flash the neighbors.

New money hungry host
Started off as an agreed long two week stay for $114 per day. Almost daily the host found reasons to charge more. He eventually charged us $150 a day. This was after yelling at my wife he could call the police and have us removed if we don’t pay $14 from the previous day. He decided half way through our stay he would start doing walk throughs which was never discussed. However we allowed it. Once he came when or 16 year old daughter was there with our 2 little ones alone no adult. He also asked us prior to our last day to haul our own trash and bring it to the dumpster at his shop. From what I’ve read on the other site he does things like this especially charging more out of nowhere. So please book at your own risk. After 2 weeks he stopped using the platform and we started paying cash daily. We found out he was charging us more than the listed price.

Perfect Spot
The house was clean and well supplied. The owner was very communicative. We were only there for one night, but it was a great location and a nice house. We would definitely consider it the next time we travel to Cincy.
