The pr0perty was clean and well-kept, but the area and grounds were run-down, isolated, and unappealing. Interior had some dingy areas in need of repair, carpets were dingy, finishes were old, worn, out of style. Staff/operators were very pleasant and helpful.

The property was located close to downtown Cincinatti. It's an older property, however, The hotel and room was clean, neat and the staff was very, very accommodating. I would stay at the hotel again.

This was our first time booking with this hotel,have to say that the hotel itself and the staff are amazing,so friendly knowledgeable and friendly 5 stars ,if we ever come back to Cincinnati were definitely staying here !!! Thanks for making our crazy tripso much better 😁
