Worst hotel stay ever!
Absolutely horrible. The room was filthy (chewed gum stuck to the wall) bathroom floor had not been vacuumed or mopped in ages. Shower had dried shampoo and or conditioner on the walls. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. You could smell a strong smell of weed every 30 mins or so. Kids were running and screaming up and down the halls. The toilet ran all night. Continental breakfast was empty and picked over by 830. One of the beds in the room had a bar that stuck out in two different spots and I hit my shin on it several times. If it was not for our sports team staying here together I would have left the first night. Worst hotel stay ever!

“Quality” Inn
On March 21st, my spouse and I registered at Quality Inn, situated at 11967 Chase Plaza Drive, Cincinnati, OH, accompanied by our one-year-old child. Upon arrival, we were initially pleased with the exterior and the efficiency of the check-in process. Regrettably, upon entering our room, we discovered soiled sheets and comforters, marked with both dirt and bleach stains. Upon requesting replacement linens, we were promptly accommodated. However, the hardwood floors proved to be unclean, as evidenced by the immediate soiling of our son’s clothing upon crawling. The following morning, on the 22nd, an attempt to shower was thwarted by the absence of hot water, further compounded by the detachment of the faucet knob, which fell into the tub upon adjustment. Subsequently, my husband addressed these concerns with hotel staff, resulting in a relocation to another room on the same floor. Yet, this transition was marred by the door knob detachment upon closure, an occurrence met with incredulous amusement. Once again, the linens provided were marked with stains and blemishes. This succession of disappointments stands in stark contrast to the expectations set by the hotel’s name, “Quality” Inn. Furthermore, it’s noteworthy to mention that the elevated expiration certificates, dated 2014, added to our concerns regarding the overall upkeep and maintenance of the establishment. Overall you get what you pay for. For pros the hotel has good rates, very nice pool, good location, good clean rooms and warm shower. For cons the hotel smells of weed, breakfast is below average, reported room issue and nothing came out of it, refrigerator temp is not to cold and requires adding ice to keep it cold, fitness center is just a few cardio machines, workers seem disinterested in working there, and hotel interior is outdated. Would not recommend to stay here unless you need somewhere ok and at low cost.

Our room needed some basic maintenance - so did the rest of the building - the pool was also pretty green and closed. Breakfast was not great. No fruit at all. Biscuits and gravy for the hot option, but the biscuits were hard. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and we got a great nights sleep. This was a fine overnight stay, but it would not have been good if we had been counting on using the ammenities.
