On March 21st, my spouse and I registered at Quality Inn, situated at 11967 Chase Plaza Drive, Cincinnati, OH, accompanied by our one-year-old child. Upon arrival, we were initially pleased with the exterior and the efficiency of the check-in process. Regrettably, upon entering our room, we discovered soiled sheets and comforters, marked with both dirt and bleach stains. Upon requesting replacement linens, we were promptly accommodated. However, the hardwood floors proved to be unclean, as evidenced by the immediate soiling of our son’s clothing upon crawling. The following morning, on the 22nd, an attempt to shower was thwarted by the absence of hot water, further compounded by the detachment of the faucet knob, which fell into the tub upon adjustment. Subsequently, my husband addressed these concerns with hotel staff, resulting in a relocation to another room on the same floor. Yet, this transition was marred by the door knob detachment upon closure, an occurrence met with incredulous amusement. Once again, the linens provided were marked with stains and blemishes. This succession of disappointments stands in stark contrast to the expectations set by the hotel’s name, “Quality” Inn. Furthermore, it’s noteworthy to mention that the elevated expiration certificates, dated 2014, added to our concerns regarding the overall upkeep and maintenance of the establishment.
