They are always few suspisious people standing around the property. As stated there is bus going to King Island only to find out that it only operate during the summer time.

We stayed here on New Year’s Eve and went to Kings Island. The hotel is literally just a couple minute drive to Kings Island which makes it very convenient. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. We will most definitely stay again! A

My wife and I stayed here for the New Year 2025 countdown at King's Island Winterfest, and overall, it was a decent stay. The hotel is close to the theme park, which is great, but there’s no shuttle service for Winterfest (just for the summer), so we had to take an Uber. It cost us $10 to get there and $15 to get back, which wasn’t too bad, but something to keep in mind. The room was okay. The bed linens had a little bit of dirt on them, but it wasn’t too bad for the price we paid. I didn’t expect anything fancy. The breakfast buffet was decent with several options, so no complaints there. One thing to note: even though the hotel is close to the park, it's not walkable. There’s no walking path, and the area around the hotel isn’t really pedestrian-friendly. But for the cost, it was a fine stay overall. Would recommend it if you're planning to go to King's Island, just keep in mind the shuttle situation.

It was an average stay in an older property. They have done a good job of making the rooms look fresh, but its still an old motel with a really odd layout.

We were pleased with this hotel. The room was clean. It had a microwave and mini fridge. Breakfast was included with waffles, yogurt, apples, juice, cereals. One day was sausage gravy and biscuits. The next was eggs and sausage. There was a Perkins in the same driveway that we walked to. There were numerous other restaurants all around. Kings Island was a 5 min drive. We found it to be a great deal for what we paid. We would definitely stay again.
