Apparently because they were booked solid during our stay they couldn’t accommodate us with any hot water on the morning of our departure. I’ve never heard of such

This Residence Inn was very nice! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and up to date. One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in over the years!

Everything was great. The room, grounds, staff, and breakfast were all excellent. My only disappointment was the hot tub was not working. The main reason I booked here was for the hot tub. Outside of that, Everything was great and we will be back.

Perfect for our weekend getaway. Staff was friendly and knowledgable of the area. Very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast onsite for the two mornings we were there. Issue eventually resolved, but it took a while

We had a 3 night stay at this hotel. I am receiving treatment for a medical condition which requires me to sleep in a cool room in order to be comfortable. During the first night, we realized the AC did not work properly, so I went down to the front desk to report the issue the next morning. We had the same issue the second night, so I had to go back to the front desk again the following morning. That day I got a call from the Regional Manager (?) asking for clarification about the problem. The problem was resolved that day so we could sleep comfortably the third night. The fact that we couldn't sleep due to the uncomfortable room temp 2 of the 3 nights we were there is the reason for my ratings on room comfort/condition/service/etc.
