Relax w/ the whole family at our Comfy Cottage in Anderson Twp. Warmly decorated and beautiful. Just outside the heart of Cincinnati. This 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom is the perfect place to enjoy everything Cincinnati has to offer. And in addition to a great location, this home also features cozy living spaces, a large yard, and a private HOT TUB. After catching the Reds or Bengals at their home fields, explore the hidden gems of the Over-The-Rhine neighborhood or sample delicious local eats.

The Cozy Cottage lives up to it's name. It is comfy & cozy. You will find a full stocked kitchen, dishwasher, coffeepots, microwave, utensils and more. 3 large flat screen TV's. 2 desks to get your work done at.

You will have access to all living space. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, family room, basement entertainment area and basement family room as well as the HUGE 28ft deck with HOT TUB

Off street parking for 3 cars in the driveway, but the driveway is tight and narrow.

Lovely and well equiped
Stayed here because our son had an overflow of people for our grandson’s bday. Less than 2 blocks to a great shopping plaza with everything you could want. Home well equipped and very easy checkin/checkout. Would stay again if necessary!

Fantastic Gem
We were all impressed with the house and all the extras inside and out. I was thrilled by the location of the property to main attractio s in the area like the Cincinnati zoo and the Newport Aquarium. Kids loved the foosball table amd the hot tub. The house definitely helped make this a fantastic vacation. Thank you!!

What a great house!
It would be really hard to find a better house and location in Cincinnati. We LOVED our stay for a week here so much. Rich and Ann have thought of everything you could need to feel right at home. Plus the house was 20min from the Reds stadium, 20min from King’s Island, and just 45min from the Ark Encounter. There are tons of restaurants nearby too, and the largest Kroger we’d ever seen only about an half mile away. We felt very safe at the house and in the area as well. Not being familiar with the area, we ran a crime map before we came, and saw that this house is in one of the safest parts of the city! There’s so much more we wished we could have done but just ran out of time. Yet, just hanging out at the house was just as delightful with the covered hot tub, grill, the lovely deck, and foosball and a movie room inside, as well as a very equipped kitchen to boot!
