EVERY staff member was friendly and accommodating. I would especially like to mention BECCA, whose friendliness was outstanding. Her beautiful & sincere smile made us feel "at home". I spoke to several other guests who complimented Becca. She was "Miss Popularity"! My husband injured his hand while visiting relatives in the area, and I had to bring his breakfast to our room one day. Becca went out of her way to get me a container to accomplish this. She is a wonderful representative for TRU !! It is a very good place to stay, and at a reasonable cost. We will be recommending this location to our friends. It's TRU for us from now on, and we travel from South Carolina to Milford to visit relatives several times a year.

Great for a place to sleep!
It was good, we were in for a concert so not much time in the room except to sleep. Alot of bumping from either room upstairs or next door late into the nite, but other than that, room was clean and everything was in great condition. Breakfast was typical.

We were visiting for a Reds game. This hotel was conveniently located 25 minutes away from the stadium. We enjoyed the heated pool and the breakfast was very good.

Booking with Expedia is considered 3rd party. Upon my arrival at 4pm I was given a handicap room on the 1st floor accross from the maintenance and laundry rooms. I requested to be switched and was told they were booked for the night. We were up until 2:30am listening to people above us stomp across the floor, talking and slaming doors. and awakened early in the morning because the walls are paper thin. So if you don't require sleep this will be a good place to stay. The staff is nice and the hotel was clean.

A very nice night.
I was only there for one night, but they made it easy to check in and get comfortable. They were there for my questions and everyone was very friendly. The room was clean and fresh, and I really enjoyed my stay.

Walls are paper thin. Floor above us for 3 nights in a row was jumping running dropping things, every kind of noise you could image till 1 am. Getting a good nights rest is almost impossible!
