The property is central for village life in South Cerney, being only 10 minutes walk from four pubs/restaurants, and 10 minutes walk from the lakes and activities of Cotswold Water Park. The cottage sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 double/kingsize bedrooms. Downstairs is kitchen, living room, separate working space, dining room and garden room.
The Space:
The cottage is grade II listed and has been completely renovated in 2023. It has 3 spacious kingsize/double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with modern walk in shower. Spacious downstairs with lounge, dedicated office space, dining room, garden room, kitchen. Huge, fully enclosed garden. Right in the centre of South Cerney village.

The Neighborhood:
You are staying in the heart of South Cerney village. The cottage is on a quiet main road with ample, free on street parking. The nearest pubs, fish and chip shop, Indian takeaway, deli serving breakfast are only 10 minutes walk in either direction. Cotswold Water Park is on your doorstep with all the activities and views that it has to offer. There are multiple circular walks from your doorstep and there are two small supermarkets within 10 minutes walk. Cirencester, the Roman capital of the Cotswolds, is only 4 miles away (10 minutes in the car).
Getting Around:
A car is ideal for exploring the Cotswold villages, but not essential. The cottage is on the no.51 bus route that passes between Cheltenham and Swindon. Kemble Station is the nearest railway station (about 15 minutes away), directly out of London Paddington or Gloucester/Cheltenham. There are many flat cycle routes around the village and the water park which can easily be enjoyed and cycle hire is available nearby.
