I wasn’t sure what to expect with the self check-in, but I was pleasantly surprised. All communication was prompt and clear. The room was spacious and clean. Good value for what I paid. It’s a short distance to old town and literally just next to the Mirabel Gardens. I arrived by plane and left by train. Both were super simple. A quick bus ride on the #2 bus from the airport brought me directly to the hotel. Then just a short 10-minute walk to the train station when I left.

Great apartment in Salzburg
The Mirabell group was so easy to communicate with through WhatsApp. They answered all our questions right away. Check-in was easy. Apartment is very close to all tourist spots. A great place to stay in Salzburg.

We were kept informed from booking right up to our stay. So communication was superb. We arrived by train and it was a short 10 minute walk down the same street to the apartment block. Had no issues gaining access. We were greeted by a host on our arrival. To the old town it was a good 10 to 15 minute walk. There are buses literally outside that will take you to the airport and the Red Bull Hanger 7. Very impressed

Well equipped, with modern facilities, the apartment is convenient for transport (train, bus, tourist coaches) and minutes from tourist sights. The old town is about 10 minutes walk. A small supermarket is about 5 minutes away. A range of restaurants and cafes are nearby, with a variety of price ranges.

Master Mirabelle is only a 10 minute walk from the train station. The rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. It is completely unmanned. So if anything were to go wrong, such as locking your safe closed accidentally, I suspect they would be slow to respond.

Misrepresented room
The apartments are very nice but mine was completely misrepresented. It was supposed to be one bedroom plus a sofa bed but the sofa was not a sofa bed. It was a very small sofa, didn’t open out, and it was so small, only a child could sleep on it. The staff were very attentive, agreed it was not a sofa bed and immediately did some creative problem solving. Since there was not a room available for my entire stay that had 2 beds as booked, they left my friend in the original room and gave me another room where I had a proper bed but that was only for the first 2 nights. Then I had to switch rooms every night for the remainder of my stay and my friend had to vacate the original room on the last night as well. Very frustrating, stressful, and disruptive! I tried to get a partial refund for the stress and inconvenience but was not given one.
Barely bigger than my carry-on bag. No way for an adult to sleep on this!
Pillows don’t come off, making it that much harder for anyone to sleep on this.
