Generally very good. Staff polite and courteous with 1 exception. But many went out of their way to help. House keeping was superb except missed one night. One night ice service very sub par. Did not have place to store clothes (no drawers/dresser) and fridge was filled with minibar. But many nice touches: complimentary fruit, towel warmer.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Top notch in every respect. Staff is simply amazing! Hotel is beautiful and the location is spectacular. I will definitely stay there again next time I’m in London.

Have stayed in many top hotels in London from the Lanesborough to the Ritz and Savoy. This measures up to all of them. All of the staff were exceptional throughout our stay. Loved the neighborhood. Less crowded with tourists and very close to Regents Park and REGENT STREET. FINISHES, DECOR AND RESTAURANTS ALL FIRST RATE.
