Our Penthouse is clean and specious . Very Sunny , and open floor plan is the perfect space for friends and family trip . Perfect location will allow you to explore Denver. The heart of Capitol Hill neighborhood is close to all the best bars and restaurants. Historical mansion style will keep it unique experience . Plenty of parks to go to , 5 min from downtown and one hour from mountains . If you are planing to see concert at Bluebird , Fillmore or Ogden Theatre , you are in the right place . It is a very busy part of happening neighborhood . Many bars restaurants and coffee shops around . Place is on the third floor and there is no elevator . It is above the bar / restaurant. We would appreciate high noise tolerance guests ( louder on weekends only ) .
Please respect our afford in making it clean , although remember it is "home " , not a hotel so some things might not be perfect or might not be the way you desire .

Great getaway
Property was in a location where we were able to walk to most of where we wanted to go. We really enjoyed the balcony and spent most of our time while at the location on the balcony. Owner was easy to communicate with and accomodating. We would love to stay here again!

The property itself is excellent and in walking distance to the Fillmore and Ogden Theatres. We were impressed with the interior of the property. The surrounding area on Colfax is nothing to brag about.

Short Get Away
I used this amazing get away for a photoshoot and then relaxed in it. Kinga was an awesome host! Just moments away from the 16th Street Mall where the lady and I drove scooters all day! If you get something from DoorDash, I 100% recommend the Fat Shack burgers with deep fried oreos!

Great Time!
We had 5 girls for a bachelorette party in March! I have nothing but nice things to say about the owner/property! It was perfect for our group. We had plenty of room for all of us! I had a quick question for the owner and received a response back very quickly so great communication! The check in and out process was a breeze too! We loved the location being so close to downtown. I would definitely recommend this rental!

Great place in a fun area
Stayed for a weekend getaway with my wife and friends. The penthouse is above a pub style restaurant which is pretty cool to hang out in. The area is a bit sketchy but we didn't mind it. We had a blast at the local bars/food were awesome. Hosts were pretty communicative and nice. Would definitely stay again!

The place was decent & the view was incredible but in a suspect neighborhood. Girlfriend had an issue with people on the street , & the refrigerator didn’t work. Had to toss a lot of food & was never offered any compensation. Was told to keep our refrigerated items downstairs in a bar.

Wonderful Stay
This is a great space but the neighborhood is intimidating. Los Marg's next door has amazing food. We did walk to other restaurants within a 10 block radius and no one bothered us but there are a lot of people on the street. The murals in the neighborhood are really cool and fun to look for. A few negatives: the air conditioner in the main bedroom wasn't turned on when we arrived and it was really stuffy in there. It didn't cool off before we went to bed so we cracked the door open on the balcony which felt great but the street noise was a concern. We also had an issue with the Wifi because the instructions on the VRBO app weren't correct. Kinga helped us figure it out after some frustration of trying to fix it ourselves. The app said the checkout time was noon but the codes to get through the gate, front door and room door were reset at 11:50 and we couldn't get our final bag out. Thank goodness someone was cleaning inside and came to let us in after a lot of banging on the door. All in all it was a great place to stay.

Spacious and clean lodging. Great communication with rental owner.
Perfect place for a girls trip to Denver, CO. We felt safe with the keypad security system and gated entrance to the building. Location is a quick Uber drive to anywhere downtown. Cozy place to rest and recover.

Best Bachelorette Spot!
We stayed with Kinga for a long girls weekend. I cannot begin to say all the amazing things about this rental. We had 6 girls and all had so much space. Everything was in great condition and made us feel extra fabulous. The view of the capital in the mountains is perfect every time of the day on the patio, as well as that view from the master bedroom. Kinga was the best at responding to us immediately, taking care of every need, and meeting us down in her restaurant below for a drink to celebrate! There are so many amazing restaurants, bars, and nightclubs within walking distance.

Spacious, clean, and lots of natural light
We were pleasantly surprised by how much space we had at this property. Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teens) had plenty of room to stretch out and lounge after a busy day in the city. The 2 full bathrooms were luxurious and the kitchen had wonderful, high end appliances. Electrical outlets were available everywhere, so we all could simultaneously charge our devices from any nook or corner and take full advantage of the free WiFi. There was also plenty of closet space to stash all of our stuff to maintain a clutter free environment. We enjoyed the view of the golden clad Capitol building dome and mountains beyond from the deck and abundant windows. Everything was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much! The owner was lovely, and the restaurant below served delicious authentic Polish cuisine, and had delightful, friendly staff. The bar had a casual and fun vibe. Easy walking distance to coffee shops, local brewery, and Voodoo donuts. Overall a great place to stay!

Absolutely amazing place and host!!!
We were in Denver for a wedding. We arrived and they were helpful right off the bat! Carried our large bags up to the apartment where we would be staying offered parking space, and was all around very friendly. We LOVED our place over looking Colfax and you can see the mountains and capital building from the master bedroom window. The space also offered a deck to hang out and have coffee or a drink on. The place was clean, well maintained, swanky decor, and had everything you’d need to stay a week or longer. It is centrally located with a great coffee shop next door that serves great food and cold brew. Great location all around. Everyone we had over for a snack or cocktail was amazed at the space and what it offered. When we needed something we only had to send Kinga a quick text and she got right back to us! We definitely spent some time at her bar below the rental and the staff was just as friendly and accommodating as Kinga! They have great food and really reasonably price drinks! Bonus is you can bring them up to your place if you need so you don’t have to leave it unattended. If we ever come back to Denver we will definitely rent from her again! Thank Kinga for you hospitality and you are absolutely fabulous! We can’t wait to come back and see you again! Thank you for everything!!

Wonderful Christmas Holiday
We stayed here for 2 weeks for Christmas and New Years. We could walk everywhere we needed to (the liquor store is less than 600 feet away, very important at the holidays!), and so many restaurants to choose from, including Kinga's Lounge (which was delicious!)! Kinga is a wonderful hostess with a wonderful family, she even had a baby gate and toys for our grandbabies, and a Christmas Tree up for us when we arrived! And, VoDoo Doughtnuts is a short walk down the street!! It's a wonderful place to stay that we highly recommend!
