The hotel was clean and we had our room cleaned daily. The food at the restaurant is delicious a bit pricey but good for easy and convenient access. The free breakfast is delicious just have to eat early because it gets really crowded and there isn’t a lot of tables but overall the service was excellent at all times.

Better than expected

Seem like the hotel was either recently constructed or remodeled. Customer service was great, and friendly. The room, beds, linen, counter tops, floor, etc., was really clean. There was a few minor details on the restroom wall and fixtures, but toilet, sink, shower was clean.

Reservation was for Dec 24. The American Embassy cancelled all appointments at last minute. I tried to move my reservation(Not cancel) with more than a week in advance. Management at the hotel denied the move. This was beyond my control. I just wanted to move from Dec 24 to Jan 7. Not a cancellation, a move. Hotel kept my money when I tried to move within a week prior to the original reservation date. Not a nice hotel/management.
