"Me hospedé en este hotel por más de 10 días durante mi visita a Ciudad Juárez para asuntos de inmigración en el consulado. Sin embargo, lo que hizo que mi estancia fuera inolvidable fue la amabilidad y ayuda de todos los empleados. Quiero agradecer especialmente a Ángel, uno de los meseros del restaurante, por su excelente servicio y trato. Es una persona muy dedicada y comprometida con su trabajo. También quiero destacar la amabilidad y profesionalismo de todo el personal, desde la recepción hasta los trabajadores del restaurante y las camareras. Todos son personas muy amables y dispuestas a ayudar. Muchas gracias por hacer que mi estancia fuera tan agradable. Recomiendo ampliamente este hotel a cualquiera que visite Ciudad Juárez."

Please save your money and choose a cleaner hotel
There were hairs in the bathroom there used to be many more amenities in the rooms and there no longer is. There looks to be mold starting where the doors are in the shower doors. The cleaning of the rooms was not good at all. We have been staying here for years and unfortunately will no longer be staying here.
