The property's location is convenient for accessing the US Consulate. However, the condition of the rooms is disappointing. They appear outdated and lack proper maintenance. The strong, unpleasant odor at the entrance and within the rooms and bathrooms is quite off-putting. The dim lighting in the rooms further detracts from the overall experience. Additionally, the noisy bed and external disturbances disrupt sleep. The lack of sufficient power outlets in the room is also inconvenient.

Clean, everything worked, staff were excellent. We needed help a couple of times for the tv and each time someone responded immediately. We had a two-bedroom suite which was perfect for our needs. We were in Juarez for immigration process, excellent location to US Consulate.

The staff is very courteous. We were delighted by one of the housekeepers, I don’t recall if her name is Esther or Estela but when she cleaned our room you could definitely tell. She always left the room smelling amazing. There’s a convenience store right at the lobby if you need snacks or you can always dine in at the hotels cafeteria. They’re conveniently located near a food stand that sells tacos, tortas and burgers if you’re in the mood for something different. Our stay was for about 10 days and it’s more cost effective to pay through Expedia than at the facility to avoid international fees from the bank.
