My family and I booked a stay at this hotel for a couple days and definitely it was not what I was expecting from the moment we arrived service was horrible front desk was not welcoming at all. Our room was not clean there was hairs and dust everywhere and housekeeping didn’t come clean every day even though we requested for daily cleans. The bed are so old they use that metal frames they were sticking out. My son was walking close to the bed and he got a huge scratch on his leg. It was bleeding and everything. I called front desk and they sent someone to check on the bed, but didn’t even said anything about my son when he got sick because it was rusted metal and all this guy did was push the metal frame back on the very last day of our day. There was two cockroaches on the bathroom Disgusting!!! And the last thing is the way the management treats the employees there was this nice guy on the breakfast server and the manager came, and he spoke to him on her really unpleasant way asking him to do things that are part of his job but on a really rude way Overall this was not what I expected and I would never go back

The hotel is beautiful in decoration but terrible in terms of rooms, our room air conditioning too noisy, had to call reception because the phone didn’t work and the water dispenser was empty. I think this is the las time we’re going to stay there

Nice decorations and most of the staff were friendly. The bar staff was amazing. Karaoke night was good. Pool was decent but way too small for the size of the hotel which made the humidity in the room unbearable with how packed it was. Food was decent. There is a mall across the way that takes like 10-15 minutes walking to get there due to crossing main intersections but due to the heat, uber is the way to go.

I honestly did not like the hotel at all. This was my first and my last stay…. The place is loud noise all around. The room was not that clean or clear, there was not cups for the coffee, the water is in the hall which is kind of convenient because is unlimited. But I rather stay at the Marriott which is down the block but I had my doubts about staying at Maria Bonita and tried it so I did not like it at all.
