I had problems with the television, I didn't want to turn it on, it couldn't be heard it and after they helped me turn it on, it didn't want to turn off, the mattresses were very old ..

I got the junior suite and it was i lie that had the bad tub , The iron was so old. That was getting my cloths wet instead of ironing them, the key cards were horrible it took me like 7 mins each time to try to open the room

Maria Bonita Consulado Americano announces itself as an authority in service and quality. It is not. Their front desk staff is young and beautiful but is so inexperienced and unprofessional and disinterested in the guest that it makes the welcome frustrating. I regret booking my stay in Ciudad Juarez at Maria Bonita Consulado Americano.
