Good and spacious place. Even though it's been renovated, in some areas it shows it's age. They even had staff trained in ASL Finniky process to unlock rooms but it's not too bad. Will return

This hotel is not clean at all. The sheet had a big brown stains, the shower had use bar soap. The tables had writting all over.

Stayed on the fifth floor and noticed that the window sounded like it was open went to check and it wasn’t fully shut. The latch was missing three screws, so if you put a little pressure on it the window would pop open, which did scare my dad. I informed front desk and they notified maintenance. Not sure if issue was resolved because we checked out.

Had two rooms in one room the AC wasn’t working with 115 degrees outside told them on Saturday afternoon wasn’t fixed until Sunday night after I had to tell them again. My other room had an infestation of BED BUGS. And I’ll just leave it at that. DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL!
