La struttura si trova a due passi dal centro di Civitanova Marche e questo è sicuramente un bel vantaggio. Non è stato facile trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze essendo giunti a destinazione di sabato intorno alle 11:00. Abbiamo trovato qualche difficoltà nel trovare il B&B perché non c'è alcuna insegna e l'ingresso si presenta come una normalissima abitazione civile. La struttura è come in foto, un po' datata (stimo che la struttura risalga agli anni 60) e non ho notato molti miglioramenti/aggiornamenti da quell'epoca. Tuttavia la stanza (davvero grande) era dotata di WiFi, televisione (piccola) e nel grande bagno privato una vasca con idromassaggio. Manca l'aria condizionata (il vetusto apparecchio era installato ma non funzionante) e con la temperatura in camera arrivata a 32° il caldo, purtroppo, si è fatto sentire. Gli arredi sono classici e datati e credo risalgano al tempo della costruzione (gli accessori e la rubinetteria in bagno è certamente degli anni 60). Insomma, il B&B è stato funzionale alla nostra esigenza di trascorrere una notte a Civitanova Marche e la Sig.ra che ci ha ospitati è stata molto gentile. Per chi aspira ad una location moderna e tecnologica questo B&B non è il posto adatto.

Ооочень красивый отель, есть даже мини дворик, номер шикарный с кухней, единственный минус на момент заселения не было кондиционера, номер относительно душный, но в день отьезда пришли монтажники, завтрак типичный итальянский, спрашивают, к какому времени готовить, очень приятный персонал, ну и входная дверь тяжело открывается ее надо сильно толкать, в целом, я бы вернулась
