Georgiana was so sweet and professional. All the small touches and love she has added to her place makes it more than top notch. Breakfast provided by local vendors, suggestions on where to eat, to all the small touches and amenities she has is amazing. Mom and I couldn't have asked for a better, safer place to stay. And the views from the balcony, absolutely breath taking. We loved our stay, wouldn't be able to top it. She even helped us arrange transportation to the port and when we return. We can't brag enough about Georgiana. We're already talking about/ planning our next trip here. Thank you Georgiana, you made our trip memorable!!

We stayed at this property for one night prior to starting a cruise which left from Civitavecchia. I had read the reviews prior to booking and they all seemed very positive. I am so glad we found this B & B- in my mind I had pictured a small old house with several rooms and a nonna serving breakfast- I could not have been more wrong! The property is actually on the top floor of a high rise, very modern and with excellent security. There is a balcony that goes all the way around the rooms and common room with floor to ceiling glass and amazing views of the water and the cruise ships at the port. There was a supermarket on the ground floor of the building which was very convenient, also it was an easy walk to restaurants and the waterfront. The area felt very safe even at night. Breakfast was a special event- Georgiana the proprietor hosts it and she is a lovely person, very personable and you can tell she truly enjoys hosting guests. I only wish we could have stayed more than one night. As it turned out I realized at the end of our cruise that I was missing a pair of shoes and thought I may have left them at B & B. I sent Georgiana a message to find out if they had come across them and she immediately got back to me- I was able to stop there on our way out of town and pick them up. I got there during breakfast hours and Georgiana was so sweet to offer me food & drinks- I even left with a fresh pistachio croissant for my husband who was waiting in the car!

We loved Georgiana. She was gracious, helpful and a pleasure to be around. Our room was very clean, neat and comfortable. It was a short walk to the train station, and restaurants and right next to the super market. Our breakfast was made with love. I would highly recommend staying here.

We stayed at the Seataly B&B for one night between our cruise and our flight home (leaving an extra day between the flight & cruise eliminated all the travel stress) and this ended up being one of the highlights of our 14 day trip. The accommodation was bright, clean and comfortable and exactly as advertised. Our host was so caring & friendly and is one of the most amazing people we’ve ever met; she made us feel like family and we were at home. We woke up to an amazing view and a home-made gourmet breakfast made with fresh local ingredients. We also really enjoyed spending a day in Civitavecchia walking along the beach & boardwalk, visiting the markets and the restaurants along the beach. We absolutely recommend staying at this hidden gem and we look forward to staying again in the future.

Georgina was delightful and took good care of us. The room for small but fine for 1 night before our cruise. Good location and nice view from the balcony. The welcome Prosecco was a nice touch and the morning breakfast was perfect. Bathroom was spacious and very clean.

From the moment we walked in, everything was perfect! The attention to detail and hospitality was unlike any other hotel. The breakfast was amazing, and the transfer to our cruise ship was seamless. I wish I could give 1 million stars to this location. Thank you for making our time amazing! The recommendation for dinner was the cutest, most amazing dinner in Italy!! Must try!!

Great service in arranging very reliable and comfortable limo from Rome to Civitivecchia. Host very helpful with tips and information when we arrived. Beautiful view of Med. and countryside from patio. A most enjoyable first day after long flight from US.

Georgiana is incredible. My husband and I booked this last minute to stay before a cruise, and we didn’t get in until midnight. Amazing stay!
Ok this place is a Gem and a must stay. Our host Georgiana is amazing along with her staff We got in early and she adjusted for us by letting us stay inside this cozy kitchen/Terrace area and crash while our room was being cleaned and she made my fiance and I both delicious lunch meals. Kindness speaks volume in todays chaos of a world and she showed volume Very knowledgeable of the area and her country which helped us tremendously for places to go and places to dine. She and her staff went above and beyond the normal so when we visit again there will be no other place we would stay then at this place. The view of the water and complete view of the surrounding area amazing The rooms air conditioner worked like a freezer and was amazing, bathroom cleaned and efficient along with security to the building.
