Staff is great, room is basic but clean. Stayed for B&R Festival. Biggest ‘complaint’, breakfast is NOT it, weird texture eggs and super processed microwaveable biscuits. It will fill a belly and save you from buying breakfast but that’s it, not satisfying at all. Other than that all staff was great it’s pretty quiet and comfortable.

The hotel itself was ok. Rooms were spacious, comfortable, however, bathroom was old. Cleaning service to the room was less than average. Forgot to clean it one day, forgot to pick up garbage another day, replenish coffee . Personnel was pleasant. Very slow wifi..

Staff was nice and friendly. The rooms were clean. Do wish there had been trash bags in the trash cans in the room. Water oressure was good and water hot in the shower which isnt always easy to find.

Don’t expect what you pay for.
We were there for three days. Sign says maid service only available every other day. We got nothing our entire stay. We went to breakfast 20 minutes before it ended and the desk lady took all the remaining food away and told us we could have an apple if we wanted. Showed her the card stating breakfast was still open according to their policy. She just walked away to the back where we couldn’t see her. Very rude. The lady that checked us in was nice. Room had hair in the shower and some used q tips on the floor next to the bed, the microwave tray was busted, it worked but banged as it rotated., the air conditioner worked but barely kept the room tolerable. It wasn’t a terrible stay but I at least expected to get what we paid for. You will basically get a room nothing more. If you want breakfast you better go right when it starts or you won’t get anything. Was offered no type of refund or discount due to services that wasn’t provided as promised. They only go hide once you bring up a problem.

No wifi available. Whole property was in need of repairs and cleaning. Appeared to have a water leak somewhere in the building. There were visible water stains on carpets and walls. Hallways and room smelled of mildew. Paint chipping and stains on every wall. The furniture was stained, chipped, and in need of replacing. Toilet seat was stained. Hair and soap scum in shower. Hair on bathroom floor. Redish brown stains on white lampshades. Dusty. Carpet had stains and a hole.

The hotel lobby was nice and clean. The staff was very sweet and friendly. When I got into my room on the first floor, I could instantly smell mold and see mold on the wall as well as in the shower. The bottom of the shower was brown and very dirty. There were squished bugs on the wall. The mirrors were so dirty you could barely see in them. The side table had water rings that hadn't been wiped off. I asked to move my room. I got switched to the 3rd floor. The elevator floor and walls were disgusting. The elevator had handprints on the doors and the walls. The 3rd floor smelled moldy. My room smelt better and cleaner. The shower floor was disgusting. My bed covers had dirt and blood on them and the window had handprints. I would not recommend staying here. The reviews and pictures are deceiving.

Eeehhhh just ok
Check in was okay. Front desk person wasn’t super friendly. Elevator is really slow and makes noise. Hallway smelt. Room was ok. Bathroom floor needs cleaned better. Found a contact on the floor. Needs attention to dusty headboards and under bathroom sink.

Fun stay
We enjoy this hotel because its family friendly, I don't feel uncomfortable bringing my children, some past hotels have had a certain "vibe" that made me feel uneasy. The kids and I love the waffles 🙂

Poorly maintained.
Desk chair in room fabric was over worn, a plastic covering was almost completely gone on the front of the seat. Bath door closed by itself unless held open. In something you never hear, the water pressure was too high, almost painful to shower, and you could not regulate the flow…… Last, judging from the color of the bottom of my sox after a couple hours in the room, the carpet was very dirty.

Great week.
It was a great week to staying. Overall the property was in good shape. The only issue being the elevator was not working properly. I also want to know how I can pay for a couple of muffins that were out for breakfast but breakfast was not open yet and we were leaving for checkout before breakfast started so it is bothering me that I did that and would like to pay for them if possible. I went looking for an employee to let them know we weee checking out and could not find anyone and I thought to myself well I’m leaving before breakfast since we already paid for the full morning. Anyways it was a bad decision.
