The spacious floor plan allows guests to spread out. North Routt Snowmobiling and backcountry right out the door. Minutes from Hahn's Peak, Pearl and Steamboat Lake. Short drive to Steamboat.

Primary suite on the main level offers a king bed, large steam shower and walk-out to hot tub! The main level also has a freshly remodeled kitchen w. new Viking appliances. A large table for hosting groups. The upper level hosts a second bedroom with en-suite, king bed, and queen over queen bunk bed. There is a loft with arcade games a couch and TV. The lower level has 3 bedrooms, a king bed in room 1, two queen beds in second room and two full beds in room 3. A second full kitchen, and family room. Viking hot tub to relax after a day of hiking, snowmobiling or just enjoying the views! 30 day minimum rental. Contact for booking options.
