I booked a room that sleeps 4 people with a king bed and pullout sofa. When we arrived the staff were very nice and friendly at check in and made us feel welcomed. However the room was not very welcoming, some of the walls were dirty and stained, the furniture was worn and stained, and the over all feel was just skeevy feeling. We sprayed and wiped everything down with disinfectant for good measure. However, later that evening when we pulled the sofa sleeper out, there wasn’t a mattress! I called the front desk and was told that they knew that and that’s why the room was sold as a standard king. Since I don’t work for Hilton I had no clue what she meant. I told the staff person I paid for a room that sleeps 4 and there are 3 of us, can I have a room that sleeps 4. She told me they could only offer a room with a king bed and jacuzzi. I’m not sure if she was offering the jacuzzi as a place to sleep but I quickly requested a refund and found a new hotel. I’m expecting Travelocity to refund the rest of the money I was charged for the additional night I did not stay there.

Air conditioning did not work on arrival and they did move me eventually to another room. Also fitness room equipment did not work. None of items electrical worked but were all plugged in with no signs they were broken.

Sad surprise marriage proposal!
This hotel needs a renovation in the worse way the service was amazing the night shift desk attendant was the best ever and the morning manager was so helpful and concerned about my experience trying to get in the room after all my reservations were lost…but the room was not at all worth $200 the shower stall has mildew in it and the door wouldn’t close which caused water to go everywhere….. the carpet is nasty, the bed was not all comfortable it was hard as a rock and lumpy…as soon as I arrived about 6am the electricity went out due to a storm and didn’t come back on until 5pm but seeing that this is a HILTON it should have a generator for back up! So no shower or I didn’t get to enjoy the jacuzzi all day long and I wasn’t accommodated for it at all and this was my marriage proposal weekend…. So now the surprise was all mucked up and we have to plan it for another weekend….ugh! You can rest assure it won’t be with Hilton Garden! For the rest of the hotel the hot tub by the pool didn’t work and I had to stuff a rag in the in the room jacuzzi to stop it up! There are plastic tarps hanging everywhere inside I don’t know why but it was very ugly sight for somewhere I spent $200 a night to stay so of course my stay there was shortened from 3 nights to one and I will never stay here again or plan anything special with this hotel!

The check in was good. When I went into the bathroom to go there wasn’t hardly any t paper. And also no extra roll. Also we paid $177 for the night and went down to breakfast and noticed we had to pay 9.90 for a continental breakfast. Quite a rip off if you ask me.

When we checked in, Thomas was great. The hotel and staff were fine, until we had a tornado warning. When the cell phone emergency alerts started going off, I called the front desk to ask what was the emergency procedure- Do we go to the basement? I was told there was no basement, but IF we wanted the banquet room to be opened they would open it. Shortly after that, the air raid sirens started going off with the tornado warning announcement, then the power went out. The staff finally started going around knocking on doors telling people there was a tornado warning, but there were absolutely no emergency lights in the stairwell, and the staff couldn't direct us to the banquet room once we got down to the first floor. We were literally opening doors trying to figure out how to get out of the staff working area and to the banquet room. Once we got to the banquet room, the staff was good about passing out water and making sure everyone was okay. But I feel like they should have been better prepared for that emergency since they have those emergencies often.

Just one night here on a business trip. I tow a trailer and the parking lot was large and easy for me. The hotel has everything you need to not have to leave. the rooms were quiet and clean and the staff was helpful.

THE HOTEL STAFF WAS NICE. THE PRICE ON THE ROOM WAS OUTRAGEOUS,WE HAD THE HOT TUB BUT IT WAS STILL OVERPRICED AND BREAKFAST WAS EVEN EXPENSIVE AS THIS HOTEL HAS NO COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST. EVERYTHING WAS TOO HIGH PRICED. PARKING WAS ALSO AN ISSUE. EVERYTHING ELSE LOOKED CLEAN THAT WE NOTICED BUT OUTSIDE LANDSCAPING WAS AWFUL ALONG WITH THE FISH PUDDLE. WILL NOT BE BACK UNTIL I HIT THE LOTTERY. TELEVISION AND WIFI ALSO DIDNT WORK MOST OF THR TIME. NO BUISNESS CENTER EITHER.
