We stayed 10/24 - 10/28 of 2024. Our stay was quite enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was very large with the majority of it being fresh. The room was clean, the towels were bright white with no discoloration & the beds & bedding were fantastic! The comforter was my favorite. The fridge was perfectly cold & the room didn’t have that disgusting “old stale smoke smell” which we appreciated immensely! We definitely will stay again!

Pros and cons of an ok stay.
It was an ok stay. Pros and cons listed. The lady at the counter was super nice and friendly. Room was pretty clean. The bed was pretty comfortable for a hotel bed and had a lot of pillows. The water got hot for showers (which is great) it had a mini fridge and microwave. The lady at the breakfast area was so nice and attentive. The room had a stench of cigarettes. The toilet didn’t work and you’d have to mess with the tank part to make it flush. The shower was kinda gross. There wasn’t much water pressure in the shower. The upkeep is the bare minimum and you can tell by the looks (not on the house cleaners). The room needs some updates but it was ok for a one night stay

Terrible. Don’t stay here. I’m not sure how this place isn’t condemned. Serious mold issue! Building is in desperate need of repair (or just tear down) inside and out. Area was sketchy.

The buffett food was good and the buffett staff were awesome and very accommodating. The room we were initally given, had a terrible moldy/mildew smell. We discovered there was a large mold stain running down the corner of the room with the wallpaper falling off the wall. There was also a lot of black mold in the shower and along the tub and tile in the bathroom. The room phone wasn't working so I went down to the front desk and although they were polite, there was no apology for the fact that they gave me such a gross room. I was given a different room and told to go move my stuff to the new room and come back and give her back the keys from the original room even though they're just the little cards that are disposable she wanted them back. The room we were moved to smelled better and was missing the mold on the wall, but it had black mold in the bathroom, just not as much. The clothes iron had erosion stains from the water that stained our clothes when we tried to use it. Since the phone in that room was not working either, we had to go down to the front desk again. It took way too long for a maid to come with the new iron as we were directed by the front desk. After 30 minutes of waiting we went on the hunt and found a maid that was willing to give us a different iron. I have stayed at Quality Inns before, and they weren’t amazing, but this was the worst and I will not book a stay at Quality Inn anywhere again.

It was not nearly as rated. They do have an actual real breakfast buffet and nice pool. But the lobby smells of chlorine and that is where the restaurant is. The rooms were hit or miss clean. The beds and sheets felt great. Refrigerator was cold and clean. Surfacs areas seemed clean at first glance. Then you started to notice anything near the ground and up to 2 feet off the floor was dirty and sad. Dead bugs and pubic hair in the bathroom. Some unknown substance on the walls in a coupe areas. It was not nearly as clean and picturesque outside either. All the pretty is the adjacent properties handy work. I have photos it just wont allow them to be loaded.

Starting with the location, difficult to get to during peak traffic hours. Next the room, needs a good cleaning, carpet stained and dirty, bathroom had hair on floor and in shower, bedding needs replaced with new, smell of smoke and marijuana; even though I requested a non smoking room. I chose to open and air freshener I brought and sleep with it near my face, that’s how bad the room needs cleaned and aired out. The hotel restaurant food I had was so bland and tasteless I could have made much better at home, not worth the money at all. The staff was the best part of my stay, very friendly. My only issue was with the bartender showing up 20 min late when the restaurant opened at 5PM.

Love staying at Quality Inn. Close to shopping and restaurant areas. Love your breakfast. Don't like carpeting. It's has stains, smells and looks dirty. Bare floors are being put into some hotels
