WELCOME TO THE OVERLOOK in the family friendly community of Roslyn Ridge! (near Suncadia/Cle Elum/Cle Elum Lake)

NEW LISTING! Comfortable and luxurious, this Mountain View home is the ideal destination for your next getaway. The Overlook is a stunning ~2,100 square foot home located at Roslyn Ridge with 3 levels including 3 bed rooms (King/King/Queen), Loft (4 Twins).

OUR ROSLYN RIDGE COMMUNITY includes seasonal(Memorial Day to Labor Day; potentially end of September permitting weather) amenities including a pool, hot tub, gym, sports courts, beach volleyball, playground and bbq picnic areas. Entrance to the Roslyn Ridge Activity Center is $10/person per day. You can book your swim time 2 days prior to your trip. I will send you a link. This is all just a 5 minute walk from the cabin.
NOTE: The Roslyn Ridge Activity Center pool, hot tub and sports courts are open from Memorial Day weekend till Labor Day weekend (potentially end of September permitting weather).

* Air Conditioning in Common Area and Loft (3 units i.e. 1 in each level). These are big enough to cool down the bedrooms as well given bedroom doors are left open for a while. (**Starting April)

RULES:
Please review the house rules before booking.

ADDITIONAL RULES:
- Quite Hours: 10pm-8am
- Burn Ban in effect so no fire whatsoever; Police could be called otherwise in this case.
- Please keep the pets off the couch and bed; Not following would result in additional cleaning charges.
- Please leave your shoes at the entryway (front and back both). Please treat the house as if you live here.
- Please LEAVE NO PET WASTE behind. Otherwise, you will be fined ($250).
- Please DON't LEAVE KIDS UNATTENDED near/in/at Hot Tub and Deck.
- We try our best to acquire propane tanks for the fire pit and deck heater but in case the tank is empty, you are responsible for getting it refilled for further use during your stay. Happy to pay for any refills done during the stay (generally $20 per refill).

HOUSE GUIDE/RULES:
Safety is a huge concern to us. If you proceed forwards you understand that Slips, trips, cuts, falls & heat strokes are on the guests. By renting the home you are waiving all liabilities on the owners.

1. Please keep your shoes at the entryway. Shoes are not allowed inside the house.
2. Please ensure pets are kept off the couches and beds. This is to provide quality experience to every guest we host.
3. Please clean after your pet. LEAVE NO TRACE (WASTE) behind otherwise you would be fined. ($250)
4. No smoking allowed.
5. No events or parties allowed.
6. Please make sure, the hot tub is covered after use properly and temperature is set back to 100F. Please make sure you understand the risks or side effects of staying in Hot Tub (especially if you are pregnant, please avoid it if possible).
7. DON’T LEAVE KIDS unattended near/at the Deck and near/in the Hot tub.
8. Please don’t burn wood in any circumstance. Use the propane fire pit instead. There is a burn ban during the summers and in any case if you do, law enforcement would be notified and you will be escorted off the property right away.
9. We try our best to acquire propane tanks for the fire pit and deck heater but in case the tank is empty, you are responsible for getting it refilled for further use during your stay. Happy to pay for any refills done during the stay (generally $20 per refill).
10. Please observe the quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. Remember there are folks who live full time close by so please respect the rules and keep it down to avoid any issues.
11. Please clean all the dishes that you use during your stay including Coffee Pot, Air Fryer, Blender and any other appliance or utensils.
12. Please turn-off the gas valve (on the wall) for the grill after the use.
13. Please cover the deck furniture (sofa) after use so that it remains dry and in good condition for the next guest.
14. Garbage bins are located near the Garage, so if the bins get full, please drop the garbage outside in the bins.
15. There are cleaning supplies under the Kitchen sink if needed. And also, brooms and mops are available for use if needed and are generally stored in the laundry room. Please make sure they are placed back in the same spot after use.
16. Extra blankets are available in bedroom closets.
17. [Winter] Snow shovels are available for use and are stored in Laundry room. Please make sure they are placed back in the same spot after use.
18. [Winter] Please watch out for icy and slippery surfaces. Be careful and watch your steps. If you think something is not right, let me know as soon as possible.

If you are not comfortable with any of the rules or any other thing mentioned above, then, this home isn't for you.

We had a wonderful time at this house that was accessible even just 1 day after a heavy snow fall. The host quickly responded to all of our questions. The house is bigger than the pictures make it seem!

Wonderful weekend
The home is very clean and has a master bedroom in the downstairs and a family room and the upper level has another master and another bedroom and the loft has 4 twin beds. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of parking, beds were comfy and we watched a movie in the downstairs with the big screen TV. I would rent again.
