The pool was the best thing. We had reservations for 17 days. Room didn't look like the pictures it was dark dirty, stinky. They put us right next to the office so we heard the office door slam all day long all night long. We got a mandatory evacuation because of hurricane Helene, Wednesday the 25th of Sept not telling us when we could return we tried calling every day no answer finally on Wednesday October 2 someone answered and said oh yeah guess I've been returning since Saturday. They said their phones were down what they didn't have cell phones they couldn't call their guest and tell him they could return, tried calling corporate and Travelocity and said no refund of the week we were told to leave. Never going back to that hotel, or using Travelocity. Definitely don't care about their customers.

Pictures posted were not same as what I walked into they don't even have queen suite with sofa the room they gave me had full size bed and chair dog had been chewing on I did not stay asked for refund and outside building is dilapidated pool are horrible

The lady who checked me I. Was extremely rude. She seemed annoyed I was even there checking in like I was bothering her time or something. Will it be booking again until it is addressed with the manager. She does not belong working to there or in any customer service capacity. I in fact will file a formal refund request with Expedia

Did not feel safe at all in this Hotel, so I canceled my stay on the spot. Plus the hotel room bathroom was absolutely horrible. Tub was leaking and not cleaned at all.

When I walked into the room it smelled of cigarette smoke and it was so dark and dingy inside. The bathtub/shower floor looked like it had never been cleaned. Maybe it hadn’t been cleaned, but it needed to be replaced. The toilet had black mold all around the lip of it and it was dirty. It was the scrawniest mattress I have seen, and the sheets were thin and rough. The edges of the cabinets were chewed on damaged. The grounds are completely unkempt. This place needs a complete renovation. To rated as even good, When it’s just in terrible condition!! Disgusting!

This hotel took my money I paid for a one night stay and advance when I got there at 11pm no one was there to check in the clerk arrived at 4am when I went back to hotel by that time I wanted a refund and now 8 days later still no refund this hotel sucks and lack customer service
