The master bedroom has a king size bed with a new Beauty Rest King mattress.
A second 43inch TV is installed in the bedroom which can be used for your favorite streaming app (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video etc.) The bedroom has a ceiling fan as well as a huge walk-in closet and has direct access to the ultra modern bathroom with upgraded vanity and vessel sink as well as an included hair dryer.
In unit laundry room just off the kitchen includes a full-size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. All linens, extra pillows, bath towels, and dish towels are provided.
The Kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, electric stove, and refrigerator all of which are stainless steel and full size. The kitchen also includes a regular coffee machine, Keurig coffee maker, toaster and blender. Cabinets are fully stocked with glassware, dishes, cups, pots and pans, and utensils. Dining area provides a beautiful table that can sit four guests.
The patio-type lanai porch has patio furniture which allows you to enjoy the gentle warmth of the evenings.
Condo is stocked with beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, and a cooler for your fun on the areas many beautiful beaches.
There is free parking right in front of the condo 20 feet or so from the front door of your condo. The complex has numerous places to park your car. There are no designated spots so park wherever you want. For your convenience your condo is accessible via a keyless entry door.
Across the street from the complex there is a "Publix" supermarket 24/7. There is a Walmart 5 min driving down S Missouri Ave. "Abe's Place Tap & Grill" restaurant is right next door and the bus stop right in front. There are many popular resturants in the area within a 5 min. drive. At the property you can enjoy a barbecue area, fitness center, and an elegant clubhouse with business center and internet access.

Family with kids, young retired (snow birds), or just couples who want to spend romantic moments - everybody is welcome.
The Avalon community has an Association Application that needs to be completed and returned at least ten (10) days prior to your arrival. The fee for the application is $50 per couple and $10 for every person over 18 years old. Any one under18 years old is free. If you have stayed at the Avalon apartments, and have previously registered, then the application needs to be filled but the fee is waived.
Up to 1 pet (dog) allowed per stay max 20lbs upon maturity, nonallergic ( required) coat, $65.00 per stay also would be required.
