We stayed at The Burlington for two nights in the small double room, which was absolutely fine for our stay, room has everything you need, even a fridge and a fan( which was a blessing in the heat),shower wasn't powerful, but was adequate for us, location is perfect, two to three minutes walk to the actual seafront, breakfast said it was Continental so it was a bonus when we were offered the hot breakfast ( bacon, beans, poached eggs, scrambled eggs) then all the usual breakfast items, parking is free just around the back of the hotel, although we managed to park up on the actual street the hotel is on, which has no restrictions which was a bonus, very rare to find these days, don't be put off by the front of the hotel, nothing that a paint brush and a tidy up won't fix,big thank you to the receptionist and the lady that served breakfast, would definitely stay again 👍😁, would recommend the "Bella Italia" restaurant ( again don't be put off by building) and The Old Vic pub
