It is located 15 minutes from Orléans and 30 minutes from Chambord, on the Loire Valley Châteaux and Loire à Vélo routes, and at the gateway to Sologne. 8 km from the A10 (Meung-sur-Loire) and A71 (Orléans Sud - Olivet) exits. On the ground floor, there is a living room with lounge and open kitchen, an entrance hall with a washing machine, a toilet, and one bedroom (one single bed) with a small office. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms (one double bed, two single beds, one double bed, and one single bed), a large bathroom with a shower, corner bathtub, and toilet. A large enclosed garage is available. A baby crib and high chair are available.

Heating included. Electricity included up to 10 kW/day, then €0.30 per kW.
