Can’t trust Best Western to live up to Reputation
Shower didn’t work. Had to do sponge bath. TV didn’t have a guide either via remote on screen or available so had to surf thru many channels to find channels I wanted to watch. Assessment is that it’s an older hotel with a name that I thought I could trust, but I can’t trust that name anymore.

It was nice room. Halls were a little old smelling. Breakfast was good. I had a small pop up trailer and parking was a little sketchy on the side of the property. So I ended up parking across the street which I didn't want to do, but felt safer.

Sayed there two different nights in the last week. Both rooms were No Smoking rooms. Room 1- smelled of cigarette smoke and had a leaky refrigerator. Room 2- smelled of cigar smoke. Continental breakfasts were meager. Scrambled eggs were dry and overdone. "Sausage" gravy was nothing more than thick floury water with no sausage. Not at all what I expected from a Best Western facility.

Suppose to be a non smoking room 116, smelled like a two pack smoker for 20 yrs had been in there. Spot on chair, who knows what it was. Scared to sit in it. Horrible lighting in bathroom, body soap dispenser was out, hair dryer was dirty, inside of bathroom door all scratched up, looks like from a dog. Sheets didn’t smell clean. A dive.Will never stay at another Best Western.

This hotel needs a little help. The room reeked of cigarette smoke. After walking on the carpet several times our feet were black. And the shower head was either a light shower or a pulsing pressure washer. Beds were decent and ac was cold. My son enjoyed the pool. The area was pretty scary too. Nearly everything is closed up

This hotel was exactly what I needed for a place to stay between Cedar Point and Cleveland. Everything including shower was very clean. The shower has great preasure and gets really hot. The bed was average for a hotel. The front staff were all so very helpful. It seemed like it was maybe in the not so good part of town but im not from there. I didnt have any bad experiences though for my 2 nights. It also was very quiet at night. Slept like a baby. Overall id stay here again.
