It is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel. However, the hallway where our room was located smelled heavily of marijuana. Thought it could be a one off from the last time we stayed in November, but nope. And while marijuana is now legal in Ohio, it is supposed to be a smoke free hotel. Used to see more families staying at this hotel, but now you don't and so it make you wonder if families don't feel as safe. The quality has significantly gone down over time and I have stayed many times over the years when visiting my family. Will likely consider other options that are truly smoke-free and feel safe for families.

Easy access to mall ,stores ,food and the Browns football stadium. I was in town to see my nephew play #37 Bell on Browns. We will be back to stay at this hotel again Thanks.

We were coming from out of state for a great neices wedding. We are 77. The wedding was at 3:30. To get in early to change they charged us $80. Thats bull poop. Then i get out of shower and no hair dryer. Unbelievable
