This place was absolutely so convenient. The staff was impeccable. Everybody was smiling, super happy. The food was excellent! The gym is great. It was absolutely fabulous. It was so nice to stay at the Marriott/ downtown Cleveland! Thank you thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.

Our stay was only one night staff was great and professional however When we valet our car we found it difficult to get our to leave in the morning ! We should have self parked because the valet blocked our truck in so we had to wait almost an hour for them to get our truck. .

The lobby is beautiful, very welcoming. The hostess was very pleasant. The double room beds are too small. The toilet is really old and low to the floor. No new plug outlets for smart devices. Valet team was amazing.
